Yes — Queensland allows you to engage help preparing your annual report, but the parent must submit it to QHE. We prepare a ready-to-submit draft built from your information; you review it and submit it yourself.

QHE looks for evidence that your child received a high-quality education and made progress during the reporting period — typically shown with at least two dated work samples in each of three learning areas, including English and Mathematics.

Your reporting date is tied to your registration anniversary, not the calendar year. QHE emails you a reporting invitation in the ninth month of your registration, and your report is due in the tenth month.
